It all began with one job...

Vista started in 1996, when our founder and Chief Product Officer/CPO Murray Holdaway, (that's him to the left), was asked by a global cinema company to produce ticketing software to 'enhance the cinema experience'. The result was ground-breaking technology that has continued to be our focus ever since. Our expansion sees us today employing more than 700 people across eight global offices, providing market-leading services to exhibition customers in (at last count) 99 countries. Our six invaluable business partners, also globally located, help us to deliver great cinema experience outcomes for exhibitors and their moviegoers all over the world.

Our success has come about through a unique combination of creativity, exceptional service, 24-hour support and smart technology applied to create clever cinema management solutions - the cornerstone of our business. The result is now 20+ modules of interconnecting software in the Vista Cinema suite supported by a range of application interfaces and services. Vista also provides solutions that extend to the wider film industry through the Vista Group of companies.
