Across their sites, Emagine offer comprehensive loyalty programs — Emagine Loyalty and Emagine Platinum. Emagine Macomb is a strong representation of a top-level cinema, which emphasizes dining. Moviegoers are treated to a full-service cocktail bar and fresh made-to-order food from the Ironwood Grill. There are extensive menu options, including make-your-own hand-crafted pizza and desserts. Vista’s Food & Beverage lets orders be modified to a customer’s specific requirements at the time of sale. In-theatre dining and delivery of orders to patrons’ seats is taken care of, based on ticket purchases and reserved seating assignments. Orders are taken at one POS station, while the customer pays for their order and adds additional purchases at a second station.
To avoid duplication of work at each location, Emagine uses Vista’s Head Office to centralize management and ensure consistency across sites. Head Office enables Emagine to define concessions, tickets, and box office pricing from a central location before sending this information to all sites simultaneously.
